What are you going to do when you graduate? This question begins as soon as a kid can utter the word “fireman” and builds in intensity until graduation weekend. You get a lot of suggestions from your parents, great uncle, best friend, and even yourself. That is a lot of input, but what do you do with it? And where does God’s opinion come in? Does God even have one?
The Life Options conference helps you slow down and get God’s perspective on this decision. You’ll hear from speakers that have gone before you and can give great wisdom and perspective from God’s word and their own experience. We know you long to have your life count for Christ and to bring great glory to God. Through this conference we will help you take some steps in those directions.
We believe that God sends each of us out of college as laborers for Christ. That’s a huge part of why Cru exists on your campus. This conference is a key part of becoming that lifetime laborer.
During the conference, you will hear from our speaker, Roger Hershey, as he encourages us to evaluate our time, values, and resources in light of God’s eternal plan and the needs of the world. You will also have the chance to explore different ministries of Cru and spend time with the Lord reflecting on your future.
There will be a very clear focus on considering options of working with Cru, but even if you are not interested in working with Cru you will love the talks from Roger.
Anyone graduating from any campus by May 2019 is welcome.
